Smart Pipeline Network

  • One Map (Pipeline Network GIS): Fully digitized water plant layout, valves, and pressure gauges (including flow meters and pressure points), presented on a visualized map that is never lost.
  • Pipe Burst Analysis: Simulates pipe burst points, analyzes valve closure requirements, and identifies impacts on pipelines and users, providing a basis for decision-making.
  • Hydraulic Model: Instantaneous pressure and flow analysis of pipeline nodes, providing more scientific and effective auxiliary design support for water supply pipeline design and construction.
  • Water Outage Area Analysis: Based on spatial calculations and valve closure schemes, analyzes areas where water supply will be interrupted in an accident and notifies affected users via SMS.
  • Pipeline Network Monitoring: Monitors pipeline flow and pressure, analyzes data, and generates flow and pressure curves, providing data support for water supply operation and maintenance management.

DMA Districted Area Metering

The water supply network is divided into regionalized and grid-based management zones. Based on the service area and length of the network, the water supply area can be divided into multiple measurable mileage zones (DMAs). Utilizing modern wireless communication technology, data such as flow rate, pressure, and water quality are transmitted in real time, enabling timely and accurate monitoring of the network operation in each DMA and providing a scientific basis for optimizing the water supply network.

  • Production-Sales Difference Analysis: Identifies actual leakage, normal leakage, and management leakage, providing a basis for pipeline network optimization and management improvement.
  • Nighttime Minimum Flow Analysis: The system can set minimum nighttime flow benchmark values for different zones, analyze and assess nighttime water usage categories, sudden water usage, or new leaks. It can also issue alarm messages according to set leakage thresholds and evaluate the economics of repairing new leaks.

Big Data of Water Management

Integrated visual large-screen display system of the leadership cockpit and water dispatch center. Can refresh equipment operation data at various key points in the pipe network and water plants in real time and dynamically; through big data analysis, all key data can be mastered on one screen.
